Omega Institute

I had a chance to visit the Omega Institute on a recent trip to New York. I was really impressed with its commitment to sustainable living, quality of life for all people and animals and its positive energy. While there, I had the opportunity to take part in a yoga teacher training class with author, yogi and spiritual teacher Beryl Bender Birch. Beryl has been a mentor to many practising yoga teachers around the world and I was fortunate enough to be able to photograph her class at the Omega Institute.
