New Music Video for Quartetto Gelato

In early January, the members of Quartetto Gelato and I travelled to Miami to film their latest Music video in support of their new record, 100% All Canadian. The video is based on original music from jazz musician Huralio Duran called Aventura Afrocubana Suite. The storyboard for the video features clips from an actual stage performance as well as supporting footage that tells the story through the, at times, distorted lens of a dream sequence from QG cellist, Liza McLellan. The images are colourful and fun and reflects the joyful spirit the group brings to every live performance.
