Fashion Editorial on Canadian East Coast

Having recently returned from perhaps my most ambitious undertaking to date, I can confidently say the project was successful and everyone on the creative team is back safe and sound.

The final images are being processed and the fashion art film is in the final stages of editing. At this point I am in the process of vetting out possible publication outlets to feature the editorial. The slide show you see above is taken from the creative brief I wrote for the project prior to leaving. The images in the body of this article are from scouting locations in Gros Morne prior to the shoot.

I want to thank all the incredible talent on this project. Stylist Michelle Paiano did a wonderful job finding the look I was after as well as clothes that could be easily transported. Make artist Ashley Gesner was a great life force on the shoot and brought a lot of creative energy to the project.

My lovely subject Kelleth Cuthbert not only looked brilliant but was enthusiastically ready for the challenges of this difficult shoot.

Photographic assistant Robert Stratton was a great help in getting the images done and an invaluable resource in organizing the trip. Lastly our guide to the top of Western Brook Pond Clement Reid is a true gentleman, master outdoorsman and Canadian in every sense of the word. His knowledge of Gros Morne is un-paralelled and we could not have created what we did without his expertise and assistance.
